PAYMENT

3. If NO. 2 has not been settled = CANCELLATION OF SLOT/ORDER
4. CANCELLATION OF ORDER WILL BE 200 PHP PER ITEM.
5. Always send your proof of payment thru GFORMS.

KEEP IN MIND

1. ETA is sometimes may be delayed, depending on the secured quantity of items, the more secured albums the more it is likely to arrive in the Philippines faster.
2. Delays may occur from official K-pop merch sites like Weverse Shop, Ktown4u, Synnara, and other Korean Suppliers.

DELIVERY PROCESS/DAMAGE/ALBUM CONCERNS

1. SEALED ALBUMS - If there are missing inclusion since it is sealed THE SHOP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.2. If your items arrived in the Philippines with DAMAGES, we will give you 2 options;
a. Refund
b. Push Through with reimbursement of profit.
regarding damages, we will message you immediately if there is any.3. Damages due to local shipping couriers are not the SHOP'S responsibility. Please contact the local couriers right away if there is any problem that occurs.
